Introduction:

* This client can communicate with a virtual machine on Amazon Web Services (AWS) containing elasticHPC, we already prepared these machines, who's AMI IDs can be found on  the `Downloads page <http://beta.elastichpc.org>`_
* This client can run from an individal user machine or from a service provider infrastructure. The service provider will use the provided AMI to support different cloud-based use case scenarios
